MEMORIES NAPKIN RED

These napkins have been designed to complement the Memories Tablecloth. Each one features a distinct pattern of delicate hand embroidery, done by expert artisan Bholu, whose practice is rooted in Lucknow—a city long celebrated as the birthplace of intricate techniques like Chikankari.

Evoking subtle motifs like baby birds’ feet and light, airy flowers, Bholu’s stitchwork is elevated by the earthy red hue of naturally dyed manjistha, or madder.

The fabric is a soft linen, handwoven by a weaving cooperative in Kanhiriode, Kerala, and stitched with care by the women artisans of Shakti Samuh near Jaipur.

 

Composition
100% handloom linen and natural madder (Rubia cordifolia).

Care
Gentle hand wash separately in cold water. Line dry in shade. Avoid harsh detergents or liquid soaps.
